Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Green Pines Group LLC ("RescueLead," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use RescueLead (the "Service"). It applies both to RescueLead customers (businesses with an account) and, in the section below on lead data, to the leads those customers contact through the Service.

1. Information we collect from you

When you create and use a RescueLead account, we collect:

  • Account information: your email address, business name, and mailing address.
  • Billing information: your subscription plan and status. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
  • Content you upload: the lead lists, campaign subject lines, and message templates you create in the Service (see Section 2 below).
  • Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) generated automatically when you use the Service, used for security and troubleshooting.

We use only the essential cookie required to keep you logged in. We don't currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on the Service.

2. Lead data you upload

RescueLead lets you upload lists of your own leads — typically their name, email address, service type, last contact date, and estimated job value — so you can send them re-engagement campaigns. With respect to that data, you are the data controller and RescueLead acts as a data processor on your behalf: we store and use it only to provide the Service to you (sending your campaigns, tracking replies and bookings, and displaying your dashboard). You're responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and email that data — see our Terms of Service.

Every campaign email sent through RescueLead includes a one-click unsubscribe link. If a lead unsubscribes, we mark them as opted out in your account and they won't receive further campaigns sent through the Service.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • To send you service-related communications (billing receipts, security notices, product updates);
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We don't sell your information or your leads' information, and we don't use it to send our own marketing to your leads.

4. Who we share information with

We share information with the service providers ("subprocessors") that power RescueLead, each bound by their own data protection obligations:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication.
  • Postmark — delivers campaign emails and detects replies on your behalf.
  • Stripe — processes subscription payments.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to affected users where required).

5. Data retention

We retain account and lead data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security — to protect the data in your account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can update your account information directly from the Account page, or contact us at info@rescuelead.com for any other request. If you're a lead who received a campaign email through RescueLead and want your information removed, use the unsubscribe link in that email or contact the business that sent it directly — they control that data, and we act on their instructions.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

9. International data transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. By using the Service, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in those countries.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service.
